Project overview
Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for AURES POS technology across customer locations throughout Australia.
Our teams support the deployment of point-of-sale hardware into new and existing sites, coordinating installation, connectivity, peripheral setup, testing and commissioning to ensure systems are ready for day-to-day operation.
With national field coverage, Innovateq provides AURES with a scalable deployment capability for individual sites through to larger multi-site technology rollouts.
Scope included
POS Hardware Installation
Installation and setup of AURES point-of-sale terminals and associated hardware.
Peripheral Integration
Connection and setup of printers, scanners, payment peripherals and other supporting POS devices.
Network & Connectivity
Connection of POS equipment to existing store network and communications infrastructure.
Testing & Commissioning
Functional testing and verification of installed equipment prior to site completion and handover.
National Field Services
Deployment, break/fix and onsite technical support across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
