Project overview
Innovateq delivers technology fit-outs for new and refurbished Guzman & Gomez stores, bringing together POS systems, digital menu boards, kitchen display systems and the network infrastructure that supports daily operations.
Installations are coordinated around opening deadlines and, for refurbishments, existing trading hours to minimise disruption. Each site is tested and commissioned before handover, ready for the store team to operate.
Scope included
POS Systems
Point-of-sale hardware installed and connected to the store network.
Network Infrastructure
Structured cabling and network setup supporting POS, kitchen and back-office systems.
Self-Order Kiosks (Coates Group)
Deployment of customer self-order kiosks, including physical installation, system connectivity, setup, functional testing and final handover for store operation.
Digital Menu Boards (Coates Group)
Front-counter menu boards installed and integrated with the content management system.
Kitchen Display Systems
Order display systems installed and integrated along the kitchen line.
In-Store Audio (QSIC)
Speakers and audio equipment installed and commissioned to support background music and the in-store atmosphere
