Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for Technology 360, delivering a range of digital and operational retail technologies across Blooms The Chemist locations.

The program brings together customer-facing digital displays with critical store technology including POS systems, server hardware and supporting network infrastructure, providing an integrated approach to new installations, upgrades and technology refreshes.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, equipment installation, mounting, cabling, connectivity, hardware setup, testing and commissioning, providing Technology 360 with a scalable field-services partner capable of supporting individual locations through to multi-site rollout programs.

Scope included

Digital Signage & Displays
Installation and mounting of commercial digital displays across customer-facing areas within Blooms The Chemist locations.
POS Systems
Installation, connection and deployment of point-of-sale terminals, peripherals and associated hardware across front-counter areas.
Server Infrastructure
Installation, replacement and connection of store server hardware and associated infrastructure.
Retail Technology Deployment
Installation of associated in-store technology, media hardware and supporting devices required for each location.
Cabling & Network Connectivity
Installation and connection of required data, power and network infrastructure to support POS, server and digital technologies.
Testing & Commissioning
Functional testing and verification of installed systems, hardware and connectivity prior to site completion and handover.
Multi-Site Field Services
Coordinated installations, technology upgrades, refreshes and onsite technical support across the Blooms The Chemist store network.
