Project overview

Innovateq delivers national installation and field services for AV Media Technology’s Healthy Break TV solution across Chemist Warehouse locations.

The program brings together commercial displays, digital signage hardware, data connectivity and supporting infrastructure to deliver consistent health, wellness and promotional content throughout the store network.

Innovateq manages site coordination, installation, testing and commissioning, providing AV Media Technology and Chemist Warehouse with a consistent deployment model across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

Scope included

Digital Signage Displays
Commercial screens mounted, installed and positioned throughout stores in accordance with the approved design and location requirements.
Media Players & Connectivity
Digital signage players installed, connected and configured with the required display and network infrastructure.
Data & Cabling Infrastructure
Data cabling and associated connectivity installed or modified where required to support the Healthy Break TV solution.
Testing & Commissioning
Displays, media players and connectivity tested and commissioned to confirm each installation is operational prior to completion and handover.
National Field Services
Coordinated installation, service and ongoing technical support across the Chemist Warehouse store network throughout Australia.
