Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for Coates Digital, delivering customer-facing digital technology across QSR locations throughout Australia.

Our teams support new store openings, technology upgrades and multi-site rollouts, bringing together indoor digital menu boards, outdoor drive-thru displays and self-order kiosks through a coordinated onsite delivery model.

Innovateq manages site attendance, hardware installation, mounting, cabling, connectivity, testing and commissioning, providing Coates Digital with scalable field-service capability across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

Scope included

Installation and commissioning of front-counter digital menu board displays, mounting systems and associated hardware.
