Project overview

Innovateq provides national installation and field-service support for Qsic across Coles Express locations throughout Australia.

The program involves the coordinated deployment of in-store audio and digital media technology across a large, geographically dispersed retail network. Innovateq provides the onsite resources and project coordination required to deliver a consistent installation standard across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

Our teams manage site attendance, equipment installation, speaker deployment, cabling, connectivity, hardware setup, testing and commissioning, providing Qsic with a single national field-services partner for the Coles Express rollout.

Scope included

In-Store Audio Systems
Installation and positioning of speakers, amplifiers and associated audio equipment across Coles Express locations.
Qsic Media Technology
Installation and connection of Qsic media players and associated hardware to support in-store audio and digital content.
Cabling & Connectivity
Installation and connection of audio, data and network infrastructure required to support the Qsic solution.
National Site Deployment
Coordinated delivery across Coles Express locations throughout Australia, including metropolitan, regional and remote sites.
Testing & Commissioning
Functional testing and verification of installed equipment and connectivity prior to site completion and handover.
Ongoing Field Services
National onsite technical support, upgrades and break/fix services to support the deployed technology.
