Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field services for In2Digital, supporting the deployment of digital signage technology across Concept 8 retail locations.

The rollout includes the installation of commercial displays, digital signage hardware, media players and associated connectivity, providing a consistent technology solution across each store.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, installation, testing and final commissioning, giving In2Digital a single field-services partner capable of supporting deployments across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

Scope included

Digital Signage Installation

Commercial displays installed and positioned throughout stores in line with the approved signage design and requirements.

Media Players & Hardware

Digital signage players and associated hardware installed, connected and prepared for operation.

Data & Connectivity

Network connectivity and associated cabling completed where required to support the digital signage solution.

Testing & Commissioning

End-to-end testing of displays, media players and connectivity prior to completion and handover.

National Deployment & Field Services

Coordinated installation and technical field support for In2Digital across the Concept 8 store network.
