Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for AURES, delivering self-order kiosk technology across the Craveable Brands restaurant network.

The rollout supports the continued transformation of the customer ordering experience, with kiosks deployed across restaurant environments to provide convenient and efficient digital ordering.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, kiosk installation, mounting, hardware setup, cabling, connectivity, testing and commissioning, providing AURES with a scalable field-services partner capable of supporting multi-site QSR technology rollouts.

Scope included

Self-Order Kiosk Installation
Installation and deployment of AURES self-order kiosks across designated Craveable Brands restaurant locations.
Kiosk Mounting & Hardware
Assembly, positioning and secure installation of kiosks and associated hardware in accordance with site requirements.
Power, Data & Connectivity
Connection of kiosks to the required power, data and store network infrastructure.
Peripheral Installation
Installation and connection of associated kiosk peripherals and supporting technology.
Testing & Commissioning
Functional testing and verification of kiosk hardware, peripherals and connectivity prior to site completion and handover.
Multi-Site Field Services
Coordinated rollout and onsite technical support across metropolitan, regional and remote restaurant locations.
