Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for ONQ, delivering digital display technology across David Jones and 7-Eleven locations.

The programs include LED display installations within David Jones retail environments and customer-facing digital signage screens positioned within the front-counter areas of 7-Eleven stores.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, display installation, mounting, cabling, connectivity, hardware setup, testing and commissioning, providing ONQ with a scalable field-services partner for multi-site retail technology deployments.

Scope included

David Jones LED Displays

Installation and assembly of LED displays and associated hardware across designated David Jones retail locations.

7-Eleven Front-Counter Digital Signage

Installation of customer-facing digital screens within front-counter areas for the display of approved retail and product content.

Display Mounting & Hardware

Professional mounting and installation of screens, LED components and associated display hardware.

Power, Data & Connectivity

Connection of required power, data and network infrastructure to support the installed technology.

Testing & Commissioning

Functional testing and verification of displays, hardware and connectivity prior to site completion and handover.
