Project overview

Innovateq provides national installation and field-service support for DTiQ technology across customer locations throughout Australia.

Our teams support the deployment of video surveillance and intelligent monitoring solutions designed to improve security, loss prevention and operational visibility across individual and multi-site environments.

Innovateq coordinates onsite installation, camera positioning, hardware deployment, cabling, network connectivity, testing and commissioning, providing DTiQ with a scalable field-services capability for new installations, upgrades and ongoing support.

Scope included

Camera & Surveillance Installation

Installation and positioning of cameras and associated surveillance hardware across customer-facing and operational areas.

Monitoring Hardware

Installation of recording, monitoring and supporting DTiQ technology required at each location.

Cabling & Network Connectivity

Data cabling and connection of surveillance equipment to the required network infrastructure.

Testing & Commissioning

Testing and verification of cameras, hardware and connectivity to confirm correct operation before handover.

National Field Services

Coordinated deployment, upgrades, break/fix and onsite technical support across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
