Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for the deployment of Fingermark’s EyeCue and self-order kiosk technology across restaurant locations in Australia.

The EyeCue solution uses intelligent vision technology to support restaurant operations and improve visibility across key areas of the store, while self-order kiosks provide customers with a convenient digital ordering experience.

Our teams coordinate site attendance, equipment installation, mounting, cabling, connectivity, testing and commissioning, providing Fingermark with a scalable field-services partner for new deployments and ongoing rollout requirements.

Scope included

EyeCue Hardware Installation
Installation and positioning of EyeCue cameras, sensors and associated hardware in accordance with deployment requirements.
Self-Order Kiosks
Installation and deployment of customer self-order kiosks, including mounting, hardware setup, connectivity and onsite commissioning.
Cabling & Connectivity
Installation and connection of required data, network and supporting infrastructure for EyeCue and kiosk technology.
Equipment Configuration
Onsite setup and connection of EyeCue and kiosk hardware to the required store systems and network environment.
Testing & Commissioning
Functional testing and verification of installed technology prior to completion and handover.
National Deployment & Field Services
Coordinated rollout, onsite technical services and ongoing support across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
