Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for Retail Care, deploying V-Count and associated retail technologies across customer locations throughout Australia.

The solutions provide retailers with valuable insights into customer traffic, occupancy and in-store activity, requiring accurate positioning, installation and connectivity of sensors and supporting hardware.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, equipment installation, cabling, network connectivity, configuration support, testing and commissioning, providing Retail Care with a scalable field-services partner for individual sites through to national technology rollouts.

Scope included

V-Count People Counting Technology

Installation and positioning of V-Count sensors and people-counting hardware across entrances and nominated areas.

Retail Analytics Technology

Deployment of associated sensors, gateways and supporting technology used to capture and deliver in-store analytics.

Cabling & Connectivity

Installation and connection of data, power and network infrastructure required to support the solution.

Hardware Installation & Setup

Mounting, connection and onsite setup of equipment in accordance with site and technology requirements.

Testing & Commissioning

Functional testing and verification of installed hardware and connectivity prior to completion and handover.

National Field Services

Coordinated installations, upgrades, maintenance and break/fix support across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
