Project overview

Innovateq provides installation and field-service support for Spencer Technologies, supporting the deployment of customer ordering and kitchen technology across the Subway Australia restaurant network.

The program includes the installation of self-order kiosks and Kitchen Display System screens, helping modernise the customer ordering experience while supporting efficient order visibility and workflow within the kitchen.

Innovateq coordinates site attendance, equipment installation, mounting, cabling, connectivity, testing and commissioning, providing Spencer Technologies with a scalable field-services partner capable of supporting Subway locations nationally.

Scope included

Self-Order Kiosks

Installation and deployment of customer self-order kiosks, including mounting, hardware installation, connectivity and onsite commissioning.

Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)

Installation and mounting of KDS screens and associated hardware within kitchen and food preparation areas.

Cabling & Connectivity

Installation and connection of required data, power and network infrastructure to support kiosk and KDS technology.

Hardware Installation & Integration

Connection and integration of installed equipment with the required Subway store technology and network environment.

Testing & Commissioning

Functional testing and verification of kiosks, KDS screens and connectivity prior to completion and handover.

National Deployment & Field Services

Coordinated rollout and onsite technical services across Subway locations throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.
